📋 Description

• Lead and help implement Screening solutions, ensuring successful customer onboarding, adoption and
• Act as a Screening Subject Matter Expert, providing expertise on Sanctions, PEP and Watchlist data
• Partner with offshore operational and support teams, ensuring knowledge transfer, understanding and
• Manage and resolve customer support cases across all severity levels and act as Incident Manager
• Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiencies across systems and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise within Screening, Financial Crime, KYC or Compliance environments.
• Experience independently owning and deliver implementations, customer engagements and complex
• Background working with and supporting offshore teams, including knowledge transfer, service
• Experience with technology sanctions screening, PEPs, watchlists and customer due diligence
• Excellent partner management, and project management, with the ability to manage customer
• Trusted subject matter expert who enjoys solving complex customer and operational challenges.
