Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead client implementations and build scalable processes, tools, and frameworks for growth.
• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to post-launch support.
• Improve implementation processes, templates, documentation, and launch plans.
• Define success criteria, manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
• Serve as primary contact, manage communication, timelines, and escalations.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, data needs, and goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or client-facing roles.
• 3+ years leading complex client implementations or cross-functional launches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into configurations.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and system transitions.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, SSO, SFTP, and handoffs.
