Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead the hands-on configuration, integration, validation, and launch of 1Password’s Enterprise
• Partner with Project Managers on implementation plans, customer coordination, timelines, and
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success partners to
• Manage a portfolio of active customer engagements, balancing independently led implementations with
• Deliver customized technical consultations and training sessions, including occasional onsite
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value and help customers adopt solutions that

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations from planning through launch, with
• Combine strong technical aptitude with project management experience, including managing timelines
• Configure solutions and answer complex customer questions independently, knowing when to involve
• Understand identity and security concepts such as identity providers (IdPs), Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Communicate clearly with technical practitioners, senior stakeholders, and audiences with different
• Design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training for enterprise administrators
