Own end-to-end deployments; manage scope; lead UAT.
Design and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, ITSM, SIEM, SSO.
Translate client needs into actionable specs; redesign workflows with automation.
Lead IT/SecOps and exec sponsors; align PS, Sales, Product to the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in B2B SaaS implementation or PS.
Experience delivering complex enterprise deployments at scale.
GRC knowledge desirable.
Builder mindset: thrive in ambiguity and evolving playbooks.
Experience with PSA tools (Rocketlane, Certinia, Productive).
Consultative with executives; push for best practices.
Ability to read API docs, design data mappings, and troubleshoot integrations.
