Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise software implementations, guiding customers through migration and key milestones.
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional execution with internal teams.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales early to shape services, define SOWs, and align delivery with goals.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to drive outcomes.
• Provide coaching, enablement, and process improvements for the delivery team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience defining and presenting Statements of Work and delivery proposals for complex enterprise
• Strong mix of technical depth and business clarity; ability to translate outcomes into actionable
• Proven consultative selling and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Experience with Martech/Email/SMS solutions and CDP usage in enterprise settings.
