Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customer implementations and launches.
• Ensure customers track timelines and time-to-value milestones.
• Drive value through implementation, migrations, integrations, and reporting.
• Provide mentorship with product knowledge and best practices.
• Own system design, training, configuration, and rollout strategies.
• Advocate for client needs to internal teams (support, product, engineering, sales).

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years with enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).
• Experience delivering complex software implementations or technical projects.
• Ability to translate terminology for varied audiences.
• Experience communicating with leadership-level customer personas.
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting, a plus.
