Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live and enablement.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise implementations end-to-end.
• Architect a solution vision that fits the customer's needs and end users.
• Lead discovery workshops and document requirements with stakeholders.
• Advise on best practices for solution design and project execution.
• Troubleshoot challenges and evolve configurations as business grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing or configuring QuickBooks Online for trades or construction.
• Strong US GAAP foundation including accrual, job costing, WIP, and close.
• Experience with JobTread, Knowify, ServiceTitan, Procore, and Bill.com.
• Proven success leading multiple enterprise implementations end-to-end.
• Strong design skills: design documents, workflows, and configuration specs.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for discovery workshops.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage remote engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent.
