Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Design repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
• Lead end-to-end deployments; manage scope and oversee UAT.
• Develop integration expertise with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
• Translate client needs into technical specs; redesign legacy workflows.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with PS, Sales, and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or PS.
• The Builder mindset: calm under ambiguity and evolving playbooks.
• Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane, Certinia, Productive.
• Consultative authority with exec stakeholders to guide best practices.
• Technical aptitude: read API docs, design data mappings, troubleshoot.
• Domain knowledge in cybersecurity or GRC is a plus.
