Senior Implementation Consultant (French)

📋 Description

• Drive the successful technical implementation and deployment of Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS
• Partner with the assigned Project Manager to align on timelines, dependencies, and internal
• Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Architects to assess customer
• Build deep knowledge of each customer's environment, security posture, business goals, and user
• Deliver advanced, customized virtual training sessions for enterprise administrators and end users
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers and internal stakeholders alike

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to
• Excellent communication in Spanish is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, customer onboarding
• Advanced technical expertise and hands-on experience deploying SaaS products in enterprise
• Expert-level understanding of the business cases for enterprise security, IT operations, and SaaS
