📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers, owning platform configuration across
• Facilitate discovery workshops that define learning strategy, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes
• Partner with Technical Consultants on integration strategy, including SSO, HRIS feeds, and content
• Monitor implementation health, surface risk early, and manage escalations with minimal oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives and own multiple concurrent workstreams spanning
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a professional services capacity
• Fluency in translating platform capability into business strategy for VP- and C-level audiences
• Working knowledge of LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, and HRIS integrations
• Understanding of AI use cases within enterprise governance and ability to define measurable success
• Strong workshop facilitation and risk/scope management skills
