Senior Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementation delivery from kickoff to post-launch handoff.
• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to document requirements and configure Loop's platform.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with timelines and milestones across teams.
• Facilitate kickoff calls, status meetings, executive reviews, and milestone checks.
• Drive change management conversations and advise on process transformation.
• Ensure clean handoffs to Customer Success for long-term retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in customer-facing implementation roles (logistics or B2B SaaS).
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end.
• Deep domain expertise in transportation, logistics, or supply chain tech.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders (Director–C-suite) in projects.
• Highly autonomous with multi-project prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Monday.com, Linear); 25% travel.
