Senior Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex client implementations through post-launch handoff.
• Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely deployments.
• Conduct detailed discovery and document implementation requirements.
• Support re-implementations with quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Implementation Controls.
• Work with product and cross-functional teams to support client projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years in SaaS implementations or technical Client Success.
• Experience with demanding, high-stakes accounts and C-level stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to set priorities in changing environments.
• Excellent project and client management skills; strong communication.
• Data validation, unit testing, UAT; API builds experience.
