Senior Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Design and optimize implementation strategies for enterprise needs.
• Lead high-touch, multi-phase enterprise implementations with integrations.
• Deploy Agentic AI workflows within the MarTech ecosystem.
• Manage executive stakeholders and governance, steering committees.
• Oversee resources, milestones, and SLAs using PM/CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery in implementation, onboarding, or services.
• 1–2 years building, deploying, or managing agentic AI workflows with architectures.
• Enterprise-level project management with executive stakeholder management and governance.
• Design and execute new implementation strategies for complex customer needs.
• Experience leading steering committees, executive reviews, and enterprise workshops.
• Must be in CT/ET time zone with early-morning availability for UK/Europe.
