Senior Implementation Manager, eVault & Digital Close

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation for lender customers across Digital Close, eVault, QC Suite.
• Serve as SME on eVault and eNote; handle edge cases and workflows.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and client communications.
• Drive adoption post go-live with training and operational readiness.
• Lead change management to roll out Snapdocs at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales on pre-implementation alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Implemented eVault/eNote or other digital collateral solutions end-to-end.
• Strong mortgage ecosystem knowledge: LOS, POS, eNote, lenders, secondary market.
• Comfortable in high-stakes customer conversations; manage complexity and priorities.
• Knows APIs, SSO, and data configuration; can ask the right questions.
• Interested in expanding across the digital collateral lifecycle beyond eVault/eNote.
• AI fluency expected: use AI as a productivity multiplier; stay current.
