Senior Implementation Manager - Fintech

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end lending and deposit implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live
• Drive project decisions, escalations, dependencies, and accountability across internal teams and
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, timelines, status reports, and executive communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner executives, product owners, compliance leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical account
• Working knowledge of lending products such as consumer, auto, credit card, and personal loans, as
• Comfort working with REST/JSON APIs, file-based integrations, data mappings, and configuration
• Experience coordinating integrations across core banking, loan origination systems, digital banking
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project management, and documentation.
• Experience with Smartsheet for project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.
