Senior Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Configure, test, train, and support Datacor ERP through go-live at customer sites and remotely.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to execute project plans and milestones.
• Analyze business processes and advise on best practices and configuration.
• Deliver end-user and admin training on navigation and workflows.
• Troubleshoot configuration, process, and data issues with timely resolutions.
• Support cutover and go-live, including hypercare as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years ERP experience as an end user and/or ERP implementation consultant.
• Experience with Datacor ERP is highly desired but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting, operations, inventory, manufacturing, or distribution processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Basic SQL and data concepts; willingness to travel.
