🎯 Requirements

2+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or customer training (SaaS preferred).
Technically strong with integrations, workflows, and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to train users on complex technical products.
Business acumen; able to discuss review cycles and SSO configuration.
Experience managing enterprise deployments or large-scale rollouts.
Strong communication; explain concepts to engineers and executives.
Self-directed and organized; build this function with autonomy.
Collaborative; thrive crossing team boundaries daily.
