  • Perform complex repair, rework, and full overhaul on parts, sub-systems, and robots.
  • Deliver upgrades to existing robots and parts.
  • Lead physical troubleshooting and forensic analysis to determine root cause.
  • Act as a flying doctor at customer sites for difficult on-site interventions.
  • Partner with Product Services Engineering and Training to author clear work instructions.
  • Mentor Associate and Advanced technicians and contribute to career paths across In-House, Remote, and Field roles.

  • Mechanical/electrical technician training plus ~5+ years hands-on repair experience.
  • Proven ability to overhaul and restore complex electromechanical systems and robots.
  • Strong forensic troubleshooting; defend warranty determinations with evidence.
  • Ability to author work instructions and mentor other technicians.
  • Rigorous quality, certification, 5S and health and safety discipline.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site interventions.
