Senior Indirect Tax Associate

📋 Description

• Manage US and EU indirect tax compliance to file returns and payments.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for sales & use tax and other non-income tax accounts.
• Assist on indirect tax audits and reviews with data collection and research support.
• Provide indirect tax support: invoices, contracts, exemptions, and tax determinations.
• Maintain ASC 450 positions and reserves with documentation and calculations.
• Monitor tax changes; research; communicate findings and positions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of US indirect tax experience in tech or software businesses.
• Big 4 experience.
• Proven indirect tax expertise in sales and use tax for a tech company.
• Strong PM, organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter with ownership and curiosity; track record of results.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
