Senior Industrial Design, Lead

📋 Description

• Lead industrial design for WHOOP hardware, bands, and wearables from concept to production.
• Translate insights from users, athletes, members, and markets into design strategies and experiences.
• Create design concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, visualization, and storytelling.
• Drive ergonomic studies and wearability testing across body types and use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, sensors, apparel, product, and manufacturing to balance design, feasibility, performance, and cost.
• Lead CMF direction with Brand partners to reinforce the WHOOP design language.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in industrial design with wearables or consumer electronics.
• A portfolio showing concept development, process, prototyping, and production execution.
• Experience taking products from concept through manufacturing and launch.
• Strong 2D and 3D design skills: sketching, CAD, rendering, prototyping.
• Ability to lead future-facing design programs while shipping excellent products.
• Passion for health, fitness, wearables, and the future of wearable tech.
