Senior Industrial Designer

📋 Description

• Lead industrial design projects end-to-end, from concept to production-ready execution
• Develop technically informed, usability-driven design solutions for advanced tech
• Translate complex tech into refined physical products meeting engineering constraints
• Shape Helsing's cross-domain design identity and coherent product architecture
• Plan design sprints, prototypes, mock-ups, and field evaluations
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to scale designs

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showing shipped physical products with range and rigour
• Strong 3D modelling and visualization skills
• Proficiency in Alias, SolidWorks, Maya, Fusion 360, Rhino or equivalent
• Ability to think in systems and handle tech, user, and manufacturing constraints
• Experience working in engineering-driven environments with cross-functional teams
• Clear, persuasive design communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
