📋 Description

Use user-centered design to frame problems and opportunities
Independently manage projects or partner with team members

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design
8+ years in professional industrial design roles
Strong portfolio showing human-centered design from concept to production
Extensive SolidWorks and 3D CAD experience; complex surfacing a plus
Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing, DFM and DFA
Experience with medical device design or regulated products is a plus
