Lead industrial design for Analog's physical hardware systems from concept through production.
Develop production-ready 3D models, engineering drawings, and CMF specifications.
Manage physical prototypes from rough form studies to production fidelity models.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers; attend supplier builds.
Apply ergonomic and human factors principles to hardware controls and access points.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of industrial design experience with shipped, visually distinctive products.
Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent demonstrated mastery of hardware design.
Full proficiency in 3D CAD: SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of injection molding, sheet metal, CNC, casting, and finishing.
Hands-on prototyping ability, comfortable in lab or shop environments.
Familiarity with IP ratings, thermal management, and environmental sealing.
