• Advise Product teams on feature decisions, tradeoffs, and requirements from an operator's
• Translate quarterly business review feedback and customer insights into prioritized recommendations
• Represent the organization at relevant Property Care industry conferences and events, build
• Participate in prospect pitches and sales calls to provide industry credibility, answer
• Support discovery on nuanced or ambiguous operational topics during customer onboarding, act as an
• Provide dedicated support to high-priority named accounts, bringing an experienced operator

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience within the Property Care industry, with direct oversight of both operations
• Proven track record of running high-performing operations in enterprise environments.
• Recent experience (ideally within the last 2–3 years) leading technology systems for a Property
• Strong market credibility and the ability to establish immediate authority and trust with industry
• Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex
• Deep operational knowledge of recurring revenue and service agreements, technician routing
