📋 Description

• Lead the Americas influencer strategy, driving creator-led campaign performance and maximizing
• Build and personally maintain trusted relationships with talent managers, agents, and PR
• Serve as Fever's dedicated point of contact for high-profile talent relationships, proactively
• Spot culturally relevant moments — milestones, launches, celebrations — where a Fever experience
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-touch experiences for top talent and their guests
• Translate strong industry relationships into brand-building moments in coordination with Growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in influencer marketing, PR, talent relations, artist/talent management, or entertainment
• Strong social skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs
• Deep knowledge of the US influencer, celebrities and creator landscape — you understand the trends
• You have a deep understanding of conversion metrics and feel comfortable working in fast-paced
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and build lasting
• A natural relationship-builder: warm, trustworthy, and discreet; people confide in you and come
