📋 Description

• Represent security org in customer-facing incidents and calls.
• Own, triage, investigate security matters on ServiceNow.
• Act as primary contact for security matters to stakeholders.
• Facilitate triage of security incidents with customers and teams.
• Build trust via exceptional service and communication.
• Manage customer outreach on security and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in information or application security.
• CSA certification required; two+ other certs preferred.
• Cloud computing knowledge and hyperscaler models.
• Basic to intermediate Java/JavaScript coding.
• Web proxy tools for security testing.
• OWASP Top Ten knowledge and mitigations.
