Senior Information Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify, document, and assess security risks across Five9's environment.
• Maintain the Security Risk Register in Jira and track risks through lifecycle.
• Engage owners and engineers to drive risk ownership and remediation.
• Facilitate risk acceptance with documentation and stakeholder approvals.
• Develop risk reporting for leadership via dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with compliance and vulnerability mgmt to feed findings into the program.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in information security, with 2+ years in risk management or GRC.
• Experience maintaining a risk register and driving remediation with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or SOC 2.
• Ability to communicate security risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Jira or similar risk-tracking tools.
