Senior Information Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor enterprise networks, systems, and applications for security threats, suspicious activity
• Implement, operate, and maintain security controls and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion
• Conduct ongoing security monitoring and qualitative risk assessments to identify weaknesses
• Investigate security incidents, document breaches, assess their potential impact, coordinate
• Identify and assess emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, exploits, and malware, coordinating
• Perform security operations and maintenance using tools for vulnerability assessment, security

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4–9 years of relevant professional experience in information security, cybersecurity
• At least 15 years of formal education, with a graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, common network services, security vulnerabilities
• Good knowledge of cryptography, application security, access control, malware, exploits
• Practical understanding of internet security, networking protocols, and security technologies
