📋 Description

• Security telemetry ingestion into Elasticsearch (cloud audit logs, identity and endpoint data).
• Maintain Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes clusters; upgrades, capacity, shards; ILM and CCS.
• Use Terraform to manage cloud infra and Elasticsearch resources (pipelines, templates).
• Deploy ingest jobs with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Apply AI automation and tooling to reduce toil; self-healing jobs and alerts.
• Ensure data quality and reliability; monitor flows, schemas, and costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Operate Elastic in production: pipelines, templates, mappings, queries; ensure healthy clusters.
• Kubernetes: deploy/operate workloads (scheduled jobs, Helm charts, operators); troubleshoot pods.
• Terraform for cloud and Elasticsearch resources as code.
• API ingestion: REST APIs, authentication, pagination, rate limits, concurrency.
• Python scripting for ingestion/automation (scripting level).
• GitHub workflows, PR-based workflows, GitHub Actions and CI.
• Knowledge of SOC operations and IR workflows using security telemetry.
• Eligibility to work in DoD IL4+ cloud environments.
