Senior Information Security Specialist (German-speaking)

📋 Description

• Own and drive the compliance roadmap across ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR.
• Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers.
• Mentor the compliance team and uphold audit quality.
• Conduct internal audits for strategic/complex customers.
• Partner with CSMs and sales; join customer calls when needed.
• Own compliance content in the platform (policies, templates, trainings).

🎯 Requirements

• German (C1/C2) and English fluent.
• 5+ years in information security and GRC in B2B SaaS.
• Led 3+ ISO 27001 projects as implementer/auditor.
• Hands-on with a GRC platform (e.g., Secfix or similar).
• Cloud readiness across AWS, Azure, GCP; posture analysis/remediation.
• Excellent written comms and strong ownership as a senior IC.
