Senior Information Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own administration of primary identity provider (Okta or equivalent) and design joiner/mover/leaver
• Administer AWS accounts used for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure
• Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf, Intune)
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems
• Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant systems administration responsibility
• Hands-on production experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar)
• Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM platform
• Direct, production experience with at least one enterprise identity provider (Okta strongly
• Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs/JSON
