Senior Information Systems Manager / Cybersecurity Assessment Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cybersecurity audits and assessments for federal environments.
• Manage assessment personnel and coordinate technical reviews.
• Support configuration checks, user interviews, and review of security artifacts.
• Oversee findings development, remediation guidance, and vulnerability management.
• Support security review deliverables, including scopes, SCSEMs, Nessus, POA&M, and AARs.
• Coordinate issue resolution across government stakeholders, partner agencies, and contractors.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience with federal government cybersecurity audits and assessments.
• Experience implementing security controls, configuration changes, updates, and vulnerability management.
• Experience in IT/cybersecurity project and personnel management.
• One PWS-listed certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP) or 2-year IT/cybersecurity program substitute.
• Ability to meet IRS suitability and staff access requirements.
