📋 Description

• Own day-to-day reliability of Buffer's production platform.
• Keep EKS, ArgoCD, and AWS surface area boring; tune autoscaling.
• Implement Argo Rollouts for fast, safe rollbacks.
• Build developer tooling and per-PR environments (BIBEs).
• Reduce operational toil with AI and automate low-risk workflows.
• Keep the stack current: runtimes, Kubernetes, Terraform; security.

🎯 Requirements

• Infrastructure Engineer, SRE, or DevOps with production systems.
• Managed production Kubernetes with Helm and autoscaling.
• Proficient with AWS and Terraform; modular, readable code.
• CI/CD and GitOps experience; clear rollback plans.
• Pager ownership; incident response and postmortems.
• Built internal developer tooling; CLIs and per-PR environments.
• Thrives in remote, async work; strong written/contextual clarity.
• Bonus: Buffer user, Datadog or Sentry experience; Cloudflare basics.
