Senior Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Operate and evolve large EKS clusters running CI workloads, ephemeral build and agent environments
• Design and run production systems on AWS with advanced Terraform
• Architect and maintain GitLab CI and self-hosted runners
• Automate cloud account lifecycle, IAM, secrets, monitoring and logging, and policy guardrails
• Build and scale the platform to run AI coding agents in isolated, ephemeral environments
• Build internal services, APIs, and tooling in Go or Python

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps
• Track record of independently delivering complex projects
• Comfortable working in a geographically distributed team
• Experience with Kubernetes operators or controllers
• Experience with service mesh, gVisor, or Firecracker
