Senior Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Webflow's cloud platform (compute, EKS, serverless) on AWS/GCP.
• Design and maintain infrastructure as code patterns and components.
• Design networking for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
• Build AI-powered automation for policy-as-code and drift detection.
• Help define the culture as the team grows internationally.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud infra ownership in customer-facing env with minimal downtime.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience with strong cloud operations.
• Experience managing Kubernetes at scale: upgrades, node groups, autoscaling.
• Experience with IaC tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud on AWS or GCP.
• Curiosity and openness to AI, and applying new tech to improve work.
