Senior Infrastructure & Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and improve core enterprise infra (Azure, AD, M365, on-prem) across the org.
• Collaborate with ITS and security partners to improve security posture (identity, segmentation, SIEM).
• Own IaC with Terraform and Ansible; automate provisioning and standardize.
• Design/maintain identity governance: PAM, conditional access, dynamic groups, lifecycle.
• Architect and support ZTNA; coordinate IT/OT site connectivity and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure docs, runbooks, and diagrams; mentor team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IS or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• 7+ years enterprise infra; 3+ years in senior/lead; cloud migration/modernization preferred.
• Expert in Entra ID/AD/Azure/M365; SIEM; ZTNA; network segmentation.
• Defense-in-depth mindset; map controls to business risk; communicate with leadership.
• Capable of managing multiple parallel workstreams; scoping and delivery.
• Strong written communication; engage non-technical stakeholders; influence outcomes.
