Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement, maintain, and support eDiscovery applications and their underlying infrastructure to
• Provide technical support for software platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and route complex issues
• Assist application support teams with issue resolution by performing root cause analysis and
• Maintain client environments to meet system requirements and infrastructure best practices.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and support reliability and scalability improvements.
• Develop knowledge of supported solutions and align capabilities with customer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or similar technical
• Intermediate knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, NUIX, and LAW.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2012+).
• Experience with scripting, automation, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft IIS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft clustering technologies and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Experience with firewall administration; SonicWALL is a plus.
