Meet and/or surpass sales targets for instrument sales, sequencing consumables, and related services
Manage the customer sales process through phone, e-mail, web/remote conferencing, and limited
Work with other commercial teams to prospect and qualify sales leads and route in Salesforce
Achieve and/or exceed all sales and leads targets
Maintain Salesforce CRM database for lead qualification and forecasting
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Biology/Molecular Biology/Genetics or related field
3-5 years of cold-calling experience
Experience with CRMs or sequencing laboratory experience
Experience with strategic selling and value-based selling
3-5 years in prospecting, lead qualification, funnel management, and account management
Comfortable conducting presentations
