2-4 years in insights/analytics in media/adtech or in-house teams.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, KPIs, measurement and campaign effectiveness.
Data storytelling: turn data into actionable narratives and concise decks.
Client-facing communication: strong verbal and written skills.
SQL: foundational knowledge; data analysis to identify patterns and business impact.
Python and Databricks experience; desirable cloud platforms.
