Senior Insights Analyst – (PowerBI & FMCG)

📋 Description

• Lead analytics across shipment, retail POS, and panels to derive insights.
• Build integrated reports using NielsenIQ, Circana, Kantar, Ipsos with ERP.
• Architect and lead enterprise Power BI dashboards, models, DAX, and governance.
• Standardize reporting templates across functions and regions; oversee pipelines and RLS.
• Promote self-service BI adoption and governed analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to optimize pipelines using Power Query, SQL, and cloud platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s with 4+ years in Power BI, BI, and CPG analytics.
• Hands-on with shipment, retail POS, consumer panels, and syndicated data.
• Strong Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query, M language, SQL.
• Data warehousing, ETL, RLS, governance, and deployment pipelines.
• Agile/Scrum delivery for BI projects and analytics sprints.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling for translating analytics.
