📋 Description

• Develop and lead team to execute Business Unit Thought Leadership and Insight strategic plan to
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service, elevate insights, and
• Develop and lead team to execute senior engagement plan to increase breadth and seniority of
• Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met; manage
• Develop strong senior internal relationships and manage internal stakeholders to ensure customer
• Lead team to identify opportunities for additional NIQ products/services to meet customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Insight/Analytics function delivering actionable insights.
• 4+ years' experience in team management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Expertise in insight projects using multiple datasets including EPOS and consumer panels.
• Proven ability in creating positive customer/internal relationships in complex situations.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG industry, retail and consumer trends.
