📋 Description

• Lead instructional design projects throughout the full learning lifecycle, including analysis
• Partner with stakeholders, program owners, and subject matter experts to identify business needs
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and task analyses to recommend
• Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including eLearning courses, storyboards
• Create engaging instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and self-paced digital

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a Master's degree in Instructional Design
• 5+ years of instructional design experience with strong expertise in adult learning principles and

• Hands-on experience with instructional design and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
