📋 Description

• Design and develop learning content: eLearning modules, ILT, job aids, videos.
• Transform briefs and materials into engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Enablement to turn strategy into field-ready assets.
• Build courses in Articulate Rise for a modern learner experience.
• Create microvideos for focused, on-demand topics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or L&D, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to transform briefs and source materials into engaging content.
• Articulate Rise experience; proficient in Articulate 360.
• Scripting and producing microvideos for on-demand learning.
• Manage content in a modern LMS; bonus Thought Industries.
• Strong writing and storytelling; familiarity with sales enablement.
