Senior Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Own needs analysis to determine what we build by talking to customers and analyzing product usage
• Own learning design: design courses, certifications, and live sessions with strong instructional
• Hand off to Knowledge & Enablement Specialists with clear designs and stay as design authority
• Build and iterate AI-accelerated workflows within the production pipeline.
• Facilitate live sessions, workshops, and represent Synthesia at North American conferences.
• Measure and improve using engagement, completion, assessments, and qualitative data.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level instructional design experience with end-to-end ownership of needs analysis and
• A portfolio of real-world customer-facing or professional learning experiences.
• Experience facilitating live sessions and speaking to large audiences (conferences, webinars).
• Hands-on experience building agentic or multi-step AI workflows with iterative learnings.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, CS, Support, and Marketing.
• Hands-on content development and publishing experience.
