📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard and manage broker partners to sell cyber insurance.
• Primary contact for broker accounts; ensure satisfaction.
• Provide basis for collaboration and ongoing partner development.
• From drafting contracts to closing deals; support partners.
• Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources for broker enablement.
• Present Eye solutions at trade fairs and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in distribution, marketplace, or broker partnerships.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset; team player.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
