📋 Description

• Draft, revise, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and definitions.
• Translate underwriting and product intent into precise policy language.
• Build standardized clauses for consistency across lines.
• Analyze coverage, identify gaps, and recommend wording changes.
• Prepare and manage form filings with state departments via SERFF.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in Insurance/Business/English or JD.
• Experience: 3+ years drafting commercial lines forms or wording.
• Domain: Strong grasp of commercial/personal lines and ISO forms.
• Regulatory: Familiarity with SERFF and state filing processes.
• Drafting: Exceptional written precision; spot ambiguity.
• Credentials: CPCU or legal background a plus.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder-management skills.
• Execution: Highly organized; manage many forms and filings in parallel.
