Senior Integrated Designer

📋 Description

• Produce digital assets across email, social, display, web, and print.
• Adapt assets across sizes/formats using AI-assisted resizing with Pencil.
• Maintain brand guidelines for five institutions with consistency.
• Manage active briefs in OMG system; update status and capacity proactively.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and QA to ensure delivery-ready assets.
• Build modular, reusable design libraries to boost production efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years producing digital assets across email, social, display, and web in production/studio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency; systematic versioning/adaptation.
• Understanding digital production specs — image compression, safe zones, bleed, resolution.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is advantageous for MX hub.
• AI tooling experience with Pencil/Firefly is advantageous.
