📋 Description

• Produce digital assets across email, paid social, display, web, and print.
• Adapt assets for sizes and channels; AI-assisted resizing in Pencil.
• Maintain brand accuracy across five healthcare institutions.
• Use OMG to manage active briefs, update task status, and flag capacity issues.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and QA to ensure ready assets.
• Build modular design systems and reusable template libraries.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• 5+ years creating digital assets across email, social, display, and web
• Strong layout, typography, and visual consistency; systematic versioning
• Understanding of digital production specs: compression, safe zones, bleed, resolution
• Comfortable in high-volume environments with tight turnarounds
• English required; Spanish helpful; AI tools (Pencil/Firefly) advantageous
