Senior Integrated Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of creative/production projects in OMG from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams; manage dependencies.
• Surface risks, manage dependencies, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Ensure briefs are complete, clarify scope, and route to teams.
• Track project status in OMG in real time for visibility by leadership.
• Collaborate with US-based Account Managers for cross-location alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM/production coordination in creative/marketing.
• Proficiency with PM tools: OMG, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects accurately.
• English required; Spanish is a plus for Bogotá hub.
• Experience in distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones.
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset; raise issues early with plan.
