Coordinate cross-team dependencies and milestones; surface conflicts.
Track SLA risks early; escalate with proposed resolutions.
Triage briefs: check completeness, flag ambiguities, confirm scope.
Manage version control and delivery logistics.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in project/traffic/production coordination in a creative environment.
Proficiency with PM tools (OMG, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent).
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects with accuracy.
English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
Experience in distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones.
Proactive, solutions-first mindset; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
